I have only started work on this. Installed minimal hacks and done some work on the headers. What do you think of the colors and other things? Any suggestions? Thanks.

1. "User CP" sounds dumb IMO - "my profile" sounds better.

2. http://ecomforums.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=my_profile - it uses "User CP | Register | Etc" in UBB's default place, not like others. (I guess that HTML template for something is Standard)

2. I haven't done headers for all templates yet. I have to do it differently for each page. Will take a while.

Updated the forums a bit, Templates changed a bit more, lighter color scheme. More feedback needed.

New URL to ECF²

Could do with a graphic at the top that worked well with the forums.. Might help add a bit more character to the board. Avatars (I saw a post from you requesting these, let me know what sort of avatars you want and I may be able to help providing an assortment).

Where's the moderator column gone..?

Graphics - I don't really do Graphics so I'm gonna fetch someone to make me one.

Charecter - What do you mean by this?

Mod Row - I took it off. The mod listing is under the description.

Graphics - I have a few contacts who may be able to help out..

Character - Currently your board feels very.. empty, the only graphics visible on the forum summary are the lightbulbs, post icons and authority list icon.. It's missing something to make it unique.

Mod Row - I prefer it on, but whatever..

Graphics - That would be great.

Charecter - Thats why I need that graphic

Mod - I left it off so there was room for a Side menu.

Made alot of changes template wise, need some feedback. :-/

So much of this is down to personal preference but my comments would be that your icons and buttons look a bit "added". They don't like they fit in the with the general look of the board. I'm not sure if it's the bright colours on the monochrome colour scheme.

I like the individual post layout though and the icons down the right-hand side.

I think I know what you mean. I don't really think my reply/topic/poll buttons match. I found a good set, but no poll button.
