I just changed the UBB title from black to white since I have a blue background. Here it is if you want to use it:

I am not exactly certain, since I don't think the rules have been nailed down as yet... but unfortunately I don't think that image is legal anymore. Infopop has (or shortly will) implemented a policy that any graphics cannot use the words "Ultimate Bulletin Board", "UBB", "Infopop", or any other variation on those. Only they are allowed to use those words in graphics made specifically by them.

Nice image, though... but in the future, remember not to use those words because they either are now or will soon be illegal.

I think that this one may be a sticky issue, because nothing was really changed, except for the color. For the time being, I'd say that it's fine, but only time will tell.

Who knows? Maybe IP will make their own white logo?

seems kinda wierd that they wouldn't allow you to do that. I don't know how many people i've seen ask where did you get this board or what is this board, etc not thinking to look at the bottom, but it is obvious when the name is listed in your main graphic.

In my opinion, it helps IP out a lot by everyone always display their name everywhere. dunno, just my opinion. I certainly wouldnt mind as long as the name didn't appear on like a porn title graphic or something.

Heh... I'm not good at making my own custom title graphic, so I just stuck with IP's graphic, but just changed the color.

Oh well, if it is illegal then I'll just make my own.

I don't attempt to know the mind Infopop. I agree with DJN that you'd think they'd want all the publicity they can get, and this rule is rather counterintuitive to publicity and logic... but maybe they know something the rest of us don't. Oh well...
