If they have a post on the board dating back before September 2000, it is legal. If they do not have posts before Sept 2000, we will assume that it is a new board subject to the new license agreement.

This is pretty straight forward... I know a few of you have been burned recently with some emails to your web host provider. You should be able to use this as proof. If you need someone to verify your post date, they can contact me.

Private forums will continue to stay closed, and the freeware database will be closed after Oct. 31. We still have other solutions available and more on the way.

well, thats interesting about the "before/after september 2000" thing, but just remember if you still have the zipped file you downloaded then it has a specific timestamp on it from when it was last modified.

I'd be willing to show that to my server and a court of law if necessary.
