I am afraid these web server stats are wrong.
I am in the UK and use AOL as my ISP, so your web log records me as being from AOL.COM and logs me as being a US user.
Same applies to most UK ISPs - they are mostly .coms and not .co.uk
Probably also true of Germany and other countries that will certainly rank higher than Saudi.
