A New forum site is coming up and I need some experienced ubb hack installers. I'm going to pay 5-15$ a script installed. Tim-ETC - I will help you with this but i wont take your money. However i suggest that you do it yourself. It is never wise to depend on others when it comes to your message boards. Plus if you are offering money you are likely to attract those who may not be very good at hacking the ubb and are willing to "give it a shot" for the money. If the ywere to make a mistake it could be costly to your online community. Here are a few basic tips. 1. Backup your ubb before attempting to install any new hack or mod. In my case i created a second forum area to use as a beta for all the mods i install. 2. Never use a Mod or hack that has vague instructions. The same holds true for mods that expect you to know where to find certain code. 3. Take into consideration mods you already have installed. Certain mods may need custimization to work with others. 4. Most Importantly - Never be afraid to ask for help here. These people are extremely good at what they do. Fortunatly I got help and he is not asking for much and he ahs great experience and backs up every file he edits! Good man thank you for you advice as I am learning to install small hacks as we speak!
