im looking for a Auto-Refresh so it will refresh after someone post and a hack so that when u put the cursor over a link it will cahnge colors plz help me

1. when do you want it to refresh? 2. these are basic CSS styles. see an example of my blue sheet below: the first four classes are the ones you'll want to use.

wow i feel dumb i want it to refresh after someone post so like if i posted i could see my post when it brings me back to the thread and does anyone know any hacks for a rankin system or custom titles?
