UBB.Developers Forums General Discussion Chit Chat New Registrations

I have gotton 3 new registrations today and the e mail that is sent to me on a new registration Has the users name on it but dosent have his assigned password which it used to have, is this normal in ubb6 version 8.2? Also I had someone join the board with a false e mail address is there anyway to prevent this of course the password is not mailed to them but It does clutter up things. Any way around this?
I would ask this at scriptkeepers but under the circumstances I thought Id get etter responce here.

I don't know why you couldn't have asked at our house but.........I don't knwo what those circimstances are.

IIRC that is the missing wordlet that was added in 8.3. I'll know for sure the next time someone registers over there which at the rate people register should be just about 6 minutes from now.

Just thought with everything going on with the earthquake you all would be busy with everything else by the way where is the infopop server. Isnt there some way that a delay can be put in registration so the registrants name wouldnt even show up without some sort of valid e mail address?

Hope Infopop and there familys didnt loose anything to much.........
