If you mean the capability to stream RealMedia files, then I'm pretty sure that you need to have that feature installed on your server. Ask your host about it.

I am pretty sure as well it is a server component. The server will need to have it installed.
You can always upload real media files and have someone click on them to download, but it's not the same as streaming audio/ video from like a radio station or something similar.

The RealPlayer is the client software, while RealServer is the Server Software.
You can HTTP stream RealFiles without the RealServer in most cases without fail. I prefer to use a RealServer because I offer some broadband options but if you don't have it you are ok.
If you are going to install RealServer I assume you bought it. If so, there are very thorough directions included in the package as well as links to their knowlege base.
Cloud, maybe you need to reword what you are asking as your initial question really does not make sense as is. I'll be glad to offer a little help as I get time.
