If all you got was a blank page, then how do you know it was a preloader? Get a real browser. Just a thought

Certainly better than Nutscrape 6 any day...
And I know it was the preloader cos I could see all the source code when I viewed it, It jus didnt work.

How amusing! Let's all hate Microsoft because they turn profit! All software should be free! Developers shouldn't be paid! It's not even a real job! Screw infopop, let's all go off and write our own bulletin boards! this is sarcasm! i think you get the point Just a thought

I have no problem with a company turning a profit, I just can't stand companies that turn a profit on crappy software. In 4 hours of being awake, IE has crashed 7 times and had to be restarted, and thats just viewing Ubbdev.com.

6 preview does appear to be a lot more stable than 5 or 5.5 ever were.. plus it has some really cute lil features.. I especially like that it gives you cute buttons on images..

cal, is it me or did I detect a hint of sarcasm there? I don't actually mind IE, it's fast, stable most of the time, stuff works and it's free.

NightSong, Uhhh.. its a preinstall of Win2k..... And I don't think I would need help installling it if I did considering I have an IEAK License and make my own custom build of IE public....

I dont hate internet explorer or begrudge microsoft their profit. IE is an excellent browser, but unfortunatly when I look at Opera and see a browser, email client, newsreader and ICQ instant messenger all in one then browser-only IE can bugger off quite frankly...... Plus opera doesnt kill my computer when i have several sites open at once........ Also i prefer it over NS6 as unlike NS it gives you the option of turning off all that "skinnable" crap that Nutscrape is loaded down with these days...... I dont WANT my browser to look like some kind of AOL happyhappy land kiddie browser ta very much......

You want all of them in one? seriously? I use IE because it is the best for me (render speed, loading speed, stability), i use outlook express 5 because no mail or news app comes close to it, and i use icq because it can sit at the side of my screen and do it's thing. Demanding all of your functions in one package stiffles software creativity. If people want bundles then developers who were going to make 'just a browser' would either not bother or spread their efforts over many parts of a package which then turns out to be sub-standard. Wasn't this what the whole DOJ case was about? Just a thought

I couldnt really give two hoots for software creativity as long as they do their jobs and dont kick my computer to death as so many of them do..... I have a fragile machine, running all the seperate web apps at once tends to make it fall over and die (especially ICQ)
