I file compared and installed 6.03, but it looks like we have too many cooks in the pot, as Borg is working on the who's online. I came back and he had put his working files of 6.02 back up... I re-file compared and uploaded 6.03 only to come back to 6.02 again tonight...  I think I'll wait until he is asleep tomorrow night...

Whoah damn! Sorry Allen! The only file I altered was ubb_lib.cgi (which also contains the version variable) - just strip the bottom 3 subroutines out of it, stick them into a 6.03 ubb_lib, and upload.
