Make sure you cover what is covered as far as upgrades, bugfixes, changes after beginning work, etc... they could get quite a few hours from you for free if you don't cover those instances up front. Don't charge them for it in advance, but have the understanding that this job doesn't cover service for life...:) Service contracts are nice...
