Well this is the right thread, but I don't think you'll get many responses. You haven't said how many hacks or which ones, or if the person will get anything at all for their work, such as credit on your site..

If you are afraid of modifying your files, you might wanna check into the auto-installers, they are relatively simple, tho not quite bug-free yet... but most of the ones you want are available in auto-install form. Do a search for them in the beta and finished forums and ask questions in their respective threads if you have any...
