We took a Geek (Console Junkie, programmer, tux doll owner, linux user), aka, MasterMind, and converted him. Or, as people say, still trying to convert him. No, we're not changing his sexuality. We're changing his DIET. People say MM always eats badly. MM wants to prove them wrong. MM is converting his food habits and drink habits to make himself leaner, meaner, healthier and feeling HORRIBLE. No Caffeine. No Junk Food. NO FAT.
As this was ordered by Greg's doctor, it wasnt ordered as intense. Greg mentioned this to his real life friends and they laughed at him. "You can't do that! You live on caffeine and junk! And your not fat either!". True, he isn't fat, nor ever been such. But he wanted to prove himself, his family, and his friends, wrong - The diet has begun by replacing ice cream with fruit juice bars. His coke, jolt and caffeine to water, iced tea (caffeine free), and fruit juice.
This project is going on through the remainder of june.
He is allowed to break the diet 2 times a week, with the exception of not eating everything under the damned sun and eating 25000MG of caffeine. Pace yourself...
Greg isn't liking this much. The food he can eat isn't very limited, but the drinks is what kills him along with his 4 day pizza trips and fried dough at the movies/carnivals. This is going to continue through July 30.
The Stanford Research Institute is already interested in his results for "geeky" research.
I will never give up my computer, my video games, my TV, or any of that. But this, I can deal with, and once i am done, perfectly completing, I will never ever eat healthy 7 days a week again. Maybe 3 times, maybe 2... Depends.
And GEEK is now CONSOLT JUNKIE in my terms. 3rd Person Rulez!
-Greg

MM, good to see. You'll feel a lot better for eating some healthier stuff. Take up some more exercise whilst you're at it- improves the stamina. (make up for caffeine loss )

I keep my shape (rectangle on its side, to save smart a$$ comments :D) by this diet :
Breakfast : Corn Flakes Lunch : Nothing Dinner : Potatoes, Egg and Peas or Beans Supper : Corn Flakes
Keeps me as fit as a mule (if they're fit)

Excellent. It is going to be over the 20th, but even then I'll be trying to cut down on junk, etc. My doctor is putting me on these carb fighter pills for a week to see how I do... Caffeine in a week, people!
