I have a non-expiring license for UBB with 6 months member area access remaining. It has no restrictions on the organization size since it was sold to me before the change in pricing strcture. Technically, it would likely depend on several things, including the ages of the parties and where they are from, etc. In the US, there are some rules concerning minors entering valid and binding contracts.
