Hmm, weird I had already named my Recycle Bin, the harder way. I used yours just to see if it works and it doesn't.

Mine only works if you Didnt "play" with the registry settings ..... Also it renames it a different way then the way you do it by hand.

Ofcourse, I already gave you the hard, but more fun, way to rename it. The one i did is for Windows NT/2000/XP, not 9x.  This one...booooring.

I got the recycle bin renamed. I used Tweak UI. I would put a disclaimer saying it was tested on 98. Not ME.
