I nearly upgraded to 6.1.1 and now I'm glad I waited. I see all the sites that used to be tweaked to perfection and now they have no calendar, polls and a dozen other cool hacks and I'm just happy I didn't take the plunge. Now that the 6.1 hacks are seperate here it'll be easy to see when all the "must-have" hacks have been updated and when the time will be right to upgrade and still have all the features that my users have grown accustomed too. I can wait on the extra smilies.

Well, some people are choosing to wait till a few hacks are updated, some are waiting for it to go out of beta, and some aren't upgrading. It all depends on the user. I updated right away, because I want to help test the hacks for 6.1.

I am waiting too mostly because I'm in the process of building a new home on top of still working an ungodly amount of hours each day. I just don't have time to keep stepping up versions with each new beta release AND keep all my hacks in place. Just as long as there are no security exploits found in 6.05 I'll probably wait for the 6.2 (final, gold, or what ever Charles calls it;)) at this point.

My 6.1.0 That I'll Have up will just be a test board for hacks and I'll just install all the Needed hacks and when I'm done I'll just use it as my main forum.

Wow... To think that my hack is the hinge upon which his upgrade hangs... I feel special...  It's coming, Certify... Now that Allen's released his XHTML templates, I can start going a little faster and stuff. (I still prolly won't release it till 6.1.0 final, tho) ---Skorpion
