When I try to play a .avi file I get: Unable to render videol; MP43 decompressor not found.How do I fix that?

Well by the error it's giving your missing a file. Maybe RP doesn't support .avi files...

divx is supose to run in windows media and/or the playa :-/ on RP its jerky ect.
install both the divx 3.11 codec and the divx 4.3 beta codec and when asked when installing divx 4.3 to let it play 3.11 answer no.
that sould fix anything that messed
