Hey, i was wondering if one of you graphical designers could make me a banner for my hip-hop site..

Background color=black
Text color=light and dark blue mixed
Main Text=Project English
Smaller text=The illness never stops
Size=600x150
Prize=My biggest thanks
Layout=I wnat it to be high-tech, i want bar codes, computer numbers fading in the background, and lines like cross hairs..

I dont have a link yet i am still making it i just want a banner before i open it.. Here i found a pic that i want my banner to look like..That banner is good but it is like to plane and has no blue but it is nice but not really what i am look for... I want i to look sumthin like this. Thank and bye~~>

Well without a feel for what your site looks like, there isn't much I can do. It's also a pretty unweildy size.
