I know it's an odd question but i just installed eTrust EZ Anti-Virus for XP on my laptop and it just finished it's initial scan of the hard drive. I have a 20 gig C: but I was shocked to see these results...

Files scanned: 197,682

Infected: 0

I was glad about the 0 for infected files, but I had no idea that i had that many files on my C: drive...This laptop is used for EVERYTHING though. I'm too lazy to get off of the couch except for gaming. I Term serv to everything else.

I'd hate to see the results from my file server on my home network, almost 400 gig.

... 400 gigs?! GOOD LORD!!! What do you do with all that space?! I have 19 gigs on my harddrive and I've used less than two of them, and I've installed a good amount of software and programs and junk on this computer, along with all the images I've taken with my webcam, and a backup of my website.

I have the CDs, but why hassle with them when I can play them off of my file server.

Thanks Dave! FYI, I use multiple partitions to make more effective use of my drive space. This partition has basically only my Windows installation and a few music files that I was playing around with.
