Yes, I've now found time for my busy life for UBB again. Upon returning, I noticed some sort of new experimentish thing by Infopop. UBBthreads! I looked at the info, and the default look is sort of...well, ugly. Whats so special about it that someone would cough up $30 for UBBthreads instead of just a regular UBB? Just wondering...

PHP + MySQL. It's formerly known as WWWThreads, which I'm sure you've heard of...
UBB.classic: Love it or hate it, it was mine.

Ah. Yeah. So I'll assume InfoPop bought them out and or took over the project. Thanks, mate

They bought the software and retained its coder (Rick Baker) to continue development... you can check it out at www.ubbdev.com . I can tell you v6 is really looking nice

Get ready now Anime-loo. Monday the VB => UBBT script will be in the Member Area. I don't think there will be a VB => UBB script for a while.
Picture perfect penmanship here.

either would work well for you... ubb is a more mature product with a more mature development community. ubbt is lightning fast with no limit in sight for the possibilities
