Why would you want to ban someone with a certain e-mail address domain from registering?

If you make people use only a paid-for email address, it discourages people from wanting to join.
However, it does make your board a bit more safe when used in conjunction with verify users' email addresses. For example, if one of your members was acting like a complete idiot and causing trouble, banning his/her paid email address would ban him/her more permanently. He/She couldn't just quickly register another freemail and use it.
Personally though, I'm against it because I don't like giving out my paid email address, and other people don't either, so it discourages a lot of people from signing up.
