Hey...I installed Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum, now I'm getting this error. Every time I start my computer, I get this blue screen saying the following:

quote:
The 32-bit device driver (01) + 0000AD23 has attempted to use a system service which is not loaded. It may be possible to continue normally.

- Press any key to continue

- Press control, alt and delete to restart. Your computer. You will lose any unsaved information in all aplications.

Press any key to continue

Then I press enter, and the screen comes up again. I press enter, and it comes up again. This happens about five times, then I press enter, and my desktop comes up...and my computer runs as normal.

This is just so annoying, and I'd really like to get rid of it...any ideas how?

It looks like the software may not be compatible with your system. Try uninstalling the software on your computer and installing it on another computer and see what happens.

Think I had this problem. I tried easy cd without directcd and all was fine (until i needed direct cd laugh )

Otherwise it probably ain't compatible with your CD Writer...

And so another year begins...

I believe the conflict arises when you have DirectCD and any other burning software (besides Adaptec stuff) on there.

Hey...thanks for the help all. smile I managed to fix the problem. I had to uninstall Direct CD...then reinstall to a new location.

The support from Roxio was great. smile
