I feel really dumb asking, but how do you set internal borders, i.e. like the forum summary page on ubbdev.com, where there are borders separating each forum?
And also on the newtopic & reply pages ... borders separating the fields.

Login to your Control Panel then go to Styel Templates and then choose the template you wish to edit and then look for this
Table Border Display Type: and check Borders outline entire table, inside and out.
