If it's the one that annoys me, i.e when you try to select part of a url, and it tries to drag and load it (hard to describe), that is fixed in 1.1 beta.
Only niggles I have with Mozilla now are:
1) the Auto Scroll feature. Opera has an implementation of it (albeit buggy). Mozilla has none
I'm lazy and use it A LOT.
2) Local CSS files: On our board we have the option for using a Local Style which means most of the images can be stored locally, and the same for the stylesheet, saves on bandwidth, and allows people to customise the board themselves
Images work fine locally, stylesheet does not - listed as a bug I think. I think there is also a workaround but got distracted.
1.0 was rather slow at loading for me.
1.1beta loads a lot quicker now.
If those 2 things were fixed then I'd probably use Mozilla all the time.
