Hello, I have a UBB Licence for Sale because I won't need it anymore since I did shut down my website. The Licence is a owned one and still has member area acces until January 25, 2003. I'd be willing to sell it for: US $90.00If you are interested, please contact me at kolossa@hotmail.com

Thats pretty good for about half a year, but yeah you'll be needing that permission.

To anyone considering purchasing a "second hand" license:
Please keep in mind that Infopop won't be able to help if you are sold an invalid license. Since there is no legitimate way to confirm if the license someone is selling you is a valid license or not, there is the potential to be defrauded.
Just as you should when you purchase things from individuals on Ebay or wherever be diligent and find out as much as you can about the person or company doing the selling. (Who they are, where they are located, their reputation, if they can provide references, etc.)

The Licence I have for sale is very much valid. As it was done by quasic before to kind of confirm that the licence still has member area acces, ask me something from inside the member area and I'll tell you.
And once again, I'm not a criminal, I just would like to sell the licence that I have, and it's a good deal too cause it still has about half a year member area acces left and I only want 90 bucks for it.

Calm down.
We are simply stating that neither UBBDev or Infopop will be held responsible for any problems arising from a such a transaction.
It is purely between the 'seller' and anyone that is willing to purchase the license. If you screw someone over, too bad, not our problem. If someone screws you over, too bad, not our problem.
Infopop has a no re-sale policy, which is why people asked if you had permission to sell the license from them.
