It also lacks the one-message-at-a-time mode which is why I prefer ICQ in the first place.

Regular ICQ + ICQPlus to skin & get rid of the ads is just fine for me...

Yeah, I noticed that when I grabbed ICQ2002a for the holiday, but didn't get it for the reasons CC gave. Well, reason tipsy

The only reason I prefer ICQ "Pro" is that Lite doesn't save your logs automatically. The only reason I considered it is because ICQ takes like 1 minute to load when I start my computer and I can't do anything until it's loaded, and ICQLite was much faster.

Yes same with LK, I don't like the long load ICQ takes. But by the sound of it, it lacks things so I'll stick with my ICQ I guess.

I use Trillian for IRC but never really got comfortable with it for ICQ. I have to agree with Charles about the Single message mode though. I really do prefer it.

It's just so much thinner and faster this way. Maybe (yeah right) they'll listen to us and add that mode???

Same with mine, although I really like 2002a ICQ. I disliked 2000b (The version I had before upgrading)
