I'm pretty sure that is a variant of TagsXtreme, but I can't be sure without seeing it on its own. If it is, Morph, you can check it out here: Fonts-N-Things R51

fiSh I think the name of that font is called Dick Chamberlian or some thing like that I will try to find it again
