Apple is having a one-day auction for refurbished equipment on December 3rd at DoveBid.com . The listing of available items is supposed to be available after Nov. 27. For those of you who have been thinking taking the plunge, this might be a nice way to get a good deal!

I've still got my good old iBook (300 mHz), which for forever and a half I used as a desktop.Unfortunately, I don't have much occasion to use it anymore except as its intended purpose (laptop); since I got my sweet 1.6 gHz P4 almost year ago, I use it 99.9% of the time.
