Any "secret" information on this? Expected release date and new features.. that sort of thing.
I have so far heard that PM notification will be included and was hoping for improvements to the content islands (to allow them to be used like UBBNews).

I think public beta should be considered 'soon', I don't think they've announced a specific date for it yet... ubbnews/ci will not be making it into the base code any time soon due to server load issues. I believe it will be released as a mod here soon tho... a couple of people have been working on it

Thanks a lot Allen, just what I wanted to know I still use the old UBBNews stuff on mine.. I guess it works fine enough.

We have set (but not announced) dates for public beta. "Soon" is accurate.
