Anyone know of a good and simple image rotator for a website that will change the picture every few minutes?

hmmm.. I haven't seen one, but I usually go to www.hotscripts.com when I am looking for something like that

There are many awesome image rotating scripts written in javascript. For Perl-based scripts you may want to check out: CGI-Resources.com Hotscripts have cool stuff as well.
