Hehee. Thanks.  Not doing anything special tomorrow, being so close to Thanksgiving... had the whole family here, complete with rare pictures. And I made Alton\'s turkey , which is absolutely fantastic. Yes, in addition to coding, I love cooking.

ooohh.. that turkey looked good when he cooked it. We had already made arrangements for a fried turkey or I woulda tried the recipe. Any caveats to watch for? I still have a 15lb'r in the freezer I'm gonna cook around Christmas We spent mucho time baking/practicing pumpkin pies and pumpkin dip. I found a great recipe for pumpkin pancakes with praline sauce for a breakfast we hosted the next day. :slurp: Note: these Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes are excellent!  And where's the rare pictures of the Capps reunion?

It's good, just a bit moister than most turkeys Easy to cook and muy faster if you have the deep fryer
