If someone else hosts your site you usally dont get to choose the web server type.. most hosts out there use unix.. I *WAS* on a NT host for 2 days.. thing kept crashing on me.. I have an NT box here I use for my BBS (no not UBB, but an original BBS!) (for those former/still are sysops visit www.winserver.com,
I use that) but I used iis on there a couple fo times.. nothing but trouble apache works a bit better..
I am now at futurequest..which is a great host..
I am not trying to dump on IIS or anything.. I know apache has it's bugs too.. where do you think the name came from?? A-Patchy-server! (says that somewhere on their site..)
I do apologize for those I may have offended by my IIS comment..
