Why is it that I've registered with them, two days ago. . . I used card. . . I have not gotten any responce from them Via Email or phone. . . I call them I get nothing, no answers nothing. from customer servicce. . I email them and have only gotten one responce, that responce saying "we'll send it to billing." and nothing from that point on. . .I call their office number and get no responce it just rings. . .Should I give more time?

Two days? Um, I think that's way too long! I'd email them saying you want to cancel your order, watch the mail for your credit card statement and make sure you dispute that charge asap, and start looking for another one. May I suggest www.wantsomegetsome.net ?  ---Skorpion

Skorp, what's the catch? that place is MAJORly cheap, even compared to some of the other deals out there I've seen.. there must be some catch right?

Lucia, as far as I can tell, there isn't a catch. I've been with them since January, and they've been great!
Almost no downtime that I can tell. Server is always fast. Support is always responsive. All the good things you can say about a host. Plus a ton of good options that come standard on the accounts.
Only thing I've got to complain about, is that if you want a subdomain attached to your regular site, it was like $25/setup and $10/month extra. Kinda pricey for subdomains. But that is sitll a very little complaint compared to the good stuff they offer.

I emailed them about hosting, and they said they wouldn't host one of my sites becuase of the high bandwidth and server strain the UBB would put on the server....
So after that I blew them off.....

I host a UBB on their server. Granted, it's really small and really isn't a threat to a TRS-80 server...  But I asked them about UBB and forums programs before I came, and they said it was all good, they've got lots of clients with lots of different board programs running. Weird that they told you that. ---Skorpion

Weird indeed, I am on atomhost and I have a ubb running on my website. I haven't any complains about them BTW Skorp, now that the new servers are set up you can have free subdomains
