a webhost of course.
i need one that:
give subdomains
atleast 50mb of space
a fairly decent transfer rate
supports CGI,PHP,SSI
has inline or no ads
is not hypermart or F2S
is free.

http://www.hobbiton.org/ You could try them, they operate off of a dsl array as I remember, but if you wanting a free host with no banners you won't have much of a choice....
