lol that's an odd question, my guess: www.fasthosts.co.uk - most expensive  Cheapest? I think the one in a previous thread somewhere, the 3.99 a month.

Morph, I think you misunderstand his/her question. I think he/she meant what is the best host that you have to pay for, and what is the best free one...however I could be wrong
