If anyone needs a free domain for a small site go here . For free they offer: -15MB webspace -100MB transfer a month -PERL/CGI-BIN -Multiple E-Mail forwarding -No ads -Many domain extensions -Choice of domain or sub-domain I recommend this site for people who want to host small sites...

I've never heard of Portland Comm before, but I can tell you that 100MB of transfer ain't sh*t. I would go with no less than 5GB of transfer/month.
