I did several hours of research and posted on several boards, did searches, e-mailed hosting companies, etc.
Hostrocket.com seemed to be the best deal, and they confirmed that they have no issues with bulletin borads on their servers. In fact, their support board is a VB.

No, but I heard good things from several people. They run their support forums, a VBulletin site. I'm running a test site right now, and it does well. So, far no complaints. The set-up took about 10 minutes, maybe less. The control panel is sweet!

Looks pretty good to me, I like the unlimited FTP accounts and the Controlpanel , and the Pricing is rather fair as well. I wrote them a Mail and asked how many accounts they put on 1 Server, here the answer I got from them:
Thanks, MTS :-)

I signed up with hostrocket about a month ago, they do have a pretty good offering for the price, but I've noticed some really annoying downtime. My site seems to be inaccessable for a few minutes a few times a day. Probably alot more than 100 accounts going onto those servers.... especially when they're the 'economy accounts'. Still... I can't really complain.

Hmmm, interesting, I'm on Hostrocket and have been since the first of the year running two UBB's on two separate host accounts there. They haven't said anything to me. In fact, I had to have them move my accounts to a different server just for UBB (and yes, I told them it was UBB and they knew what the problem was causing them to switch me to a different host computer). Is this something new, they haven't said anything to me?
