I've been using HostNuke now for about 6 months, I've only had one real problem with them, and that was when they were upgrading the servers and I was down for a whole 2 hours at like 3am.
$100 a year, 150 meg space.
HostNuke is a sponsor of PostNuke and many PostNuke Modules (pnPHPBB, PhotoShare, {PageSetter, etc).
The server has just about anything you could want, I don't trust NT servers, so this was perfect for me and my site.
I've actually affiliated my site with some of the other hostee's from my hosts website (you can choose weather or not to have your information listed in a server directory).

Postnuke is a fork of PHPNuke. It is the creation of hundreds or even thousands of people that had a different vision of what the CMS system should be than the PHPNuke developers did. Host nuke may have people that are on the dev team or active in the community but I doubt that they can claim anymore than that.
Your statement about not trusting NT servers should actually read that you don't trust the engineers that administer the NT servers to patch them correctly. I run them for a living and I trust my career to them. I use Unix for my hobby sites because they're cheaper and I needed to round out my skill set. Unix servers get hacked as well but since there isn't any glory in admiting that you've done that like there is by attacking the mighty M$ then you don't hear about them as often.
One of the attributes that the truly great computer scientists, engineers and teachers have is an open mind to cross platform computing...and a love for all forms of it.
