I'm using
Xanatos Enterprises to host my site.
When I first got the whim to put up my own board, I didn't know squat about putting up a site, or what kind of software I would need.
I asked the webmaster of the board that I was frequenting most at the time who he uses and he referred me to Robert (Xanatos' CEO). Robert walked me through the whole process, and gave me an education that I would have paid hundreds of dollars for had I taken a class.
His rates are very competitive, and he, or a member of his staff are always on hand to help out when problem arise it doesn't matter if those problems are on his end or mine, they do whatever they can whenever it help is needed.
I've since sold my UBB, and started another, and Robert was there every step of the way. He has an interesting way of pulling the training wheels off without you noticing, and before you know it, your doing things without thought that would have sent you screaming to him a few short weeks earlier.
