Does anyone know of a bike shop that would be willing to ship a bike to the US?

I'm looking for a Kalkhoff Agattu de Luxe .

Hehe, thats crazy, you wanna import a german bike to US and we import several american brands to Germany, such as Scott etc.

Let me search a couple of minutes for you, I'm sure we'll find a solution

It's funny. We saw the bikes last year, but had to go back again this year to see which model we liked. Unfortunately the shop we visited didn't have anyone who understood English working there.

The one thing I regret is that we didn't size the bikes, so I guess we'll have to make another trip to find out what size (cm) we need.

Anyway, the Kalkhoff bikes seem really nice, and nobody here has ever seen or heard of them.

The prices seem to run around 1.400 DM, no idea how much shipping will be, or customs duty.
