Those are excellent. I would suggest taking out the red hair or whatever color it is and make it black. More people would want it that way. Unless that is supposed to be yourself.

I love smilies (especially enjoyed the creativity I've seen in this thread); I would love to be able to create my own -- can you please recommend inexpensive graphics' programs for this purpose?
I'd also love to do animated graphics, plus, in the near future, I plan on posting pictures from an event on my website. Is there a program out there that can keep the file size down -- yet the picture fairly large (maybe 5 x 7)?

5x7 isnt a large picture (its smaller than any of the smilies posted here ;)) but for large graphics i suggest using the GIMP. i dont have a link on hand but search GIMP on google.com and you will find it fast
