Alright, this is what I need. I will need atleast 20GB of bandwidth monthly, a good amount of storage (atleast 300 mb), capable of running a high traffic UBB, telnet access (not a necessity, but would be nice), unlimited pop3 email accounts, FTP access, subdomains, fast servers, and all the other goodies. If anyone could point me to a host that will do all this and mor for me, please do. Im looking to spend no more than $30/month. Thanks.

You want a server for your UBB, not an email account.

I emailed em and told them i need need high bandwidth per month and a needed a host to host multiple domains on one hosting plan so they hooked me up with this plan...

They do allow them, however, they only allow UBBs that are small. Not even mid-sized. They will cut off the UBB for you if it starts to cause problems.
