You forgot the:

2 to complain that changing the bulb has ruined the site and that they will be off and anyway it's all a big ripoff, the bulb didn't really need changing it was only a ploy to make money, and now they can't read anymore what with the light having changed, and they will tell both their friends not to come here anymore and your mother is a hamster and your father smells of elderberries.
