hey, ive installed the latest threads script, so I could show the 4 latest threads from my board on my homepage.
at first I used the (non-savefile) SSI call, but that made the homepage take a few more seconds to load (which I really want to avoid).
I've activated the savefile feature, and the SSI call loads the info instantly now... the only problem is that I have to update the generated html file myself by running lt.cgi!
I NEED a way to make it auto-update.
I tried adding the SSI call into some of the newpost/reply transitions in the templates and UBB source itself but came up with 0 luck.
My main goal: To have UBB automatically update the generated HTML file evertime a new post/reply is made. This can't be impossible to do...
Please help!
