For the middle section top and bottom the width has to be set to 100%. Also you are gonna need a clear forground graphic for the table cells on either side of the center top and bottom cells. The job of that clear graphic is to keep the center cells width from crushing the rest of the cells. Take a look at my table wrapper mod...
