Sorry, but I wouldn't know where to add those items to the .css.
But.... I did finally figure out what was causing the doubling up of the 4 images! []
http://www.the-highway.com/Smileys/joy.gif[/] They needed to be 70 pixels and not the 35 I had them as. Not knowing what determines those parameters and trying to save file sizes by resizing them by 50% proved to be the mistake.
