You have something besides the pm's wrong with your layout. Look at the Category Strip going across the top. You have:
Forum Topics Posts Threads Total Posts Last Post Moderator
What is the "total posts" and "last post" column for?
That's what's messing your layout up.
Go into your Ultimate.cgi and delete this section:
Start there and see if it doesn't correct your problem.
