Deleting inactive users deletes the admin too!

Yes! I got 0 users and couldn't login any more. I deleted all inactive users since 0 days []/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/]
I created a new user and everything works fine again.
In fact, this is not really a bug at my point of view

I fixed this anyways because if it deletes the main admin then the first person to register again gets admin privilieges. So if a user hit it at the right, or wrong, time then they would be the new admin and we don't want that.
