There's no date and time format option to get a display like dd.mm.yyyy (or dd/mm/yyyy) 22:35 (time without AM/PM)

I noticed this the other day, is it correct format to say it is 06:30PM? As far as I know if you use the zero in front it means you dont need the AM/PM because you automatically imply you are using the 24 hour format. And yes, I would rather see 18:30 than 06:30PM.

No idea.
What's sure, in non english latin countries we don't use AM and PM.
