With the current version 5.1.4 PHP I am having a problem with the date slip feature. Seems like no matter what I do it shows the last time something was posted. I have changed the config in the proper config file but no good.

This was a mistake on my part. The config option isn't an integer to turn it on or off, it needs to be a string. So, if you want to use the dateslip feature it should be:

$config[dateslip] = "on";

If you don't want to use it, it should be:

$config[dateslip] = "off";
